ABOUT EMMA I am a dedicated licensed mental health professional, educator, public speaker, and proud small business owner. My therapeutic approach embraces a holistic blend of somatic psychology, mindfulness, and lifestyle medicine. My journey as a healer has been enriched by formal training as a psychedelic-assisted psychotherapist, advocating for the profound healing potential of expanded states of consciousness. SPECIALIZED FOCUS In my practice, I specialize in facilitating ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) for individuals and groups. While my expertise spans a wide range of mental health diagnoses, I have a deep connection with and commitment to supporting those grappling with behavior addictions, attachment disorders/trauma, and severe mental illness. TRAUMA-INFORMED and BODY-CENTRIC Working from a trauma-informed, body-based lens, I draw from my training as both a yoga therapist and a dance/movement therapist. Having immersed myself in the transformative world of yoga in India from 1993-2004, I gained invaluable insights that form the foundation of my philosophy on healing and wellness. I believe in the power of client-centered and individual experiences, combining movement and mindfulness as integral elements of the healing journey. FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE ADVOCATE As a Certified Functional Medicine Coach through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy (FMCA), I recognize the inseparable connection between the body and mind. Conversations about lifestyle medicine are integral to my approach, guiding individuals toward holistic wellness. SPEAKER and EDUCATOR Beyond my therapeutic practice, I am passionate about sharing knowledge and insights as a public speaker and educator. My experiences living in Asia have shaped my understanding of healing, introducing me to the profound impact of contemplative practices. PHILOSOPHY I believe in the inherent capacity for healing and growth within each individual. Through a personalized and integrative approach, I guide clients on a journey toward mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

ABOUT ROBIN Robin finds solace in the tranquil pace and open spaces of western Massachusetts, where she has thrived for decades. With a career spanning 25 years as a physical therapist, Robin has predominantly focused on outpatient orthopedic care. Her expertise encompasses diverse areas, including Persistent Pain, Scoliosis, Osteoporosis, core strengthening, posture concerns, and wellness initiatives. PASSION for MOVEMENT and DANCE Rooted in her childhood passion for dance, Robin's journey into movement therapy began early. She nurtured her love for dance throughout her formative years, culminating in international performances with New York City's esteemed Battery Dance Company in the early 1990s. It was during her professional dance career that Robin first encountered the transformative power of the Pilates method. Since becoming a certified Pilates teacher in 2001, she has remained dedicated to teaching weekly Pilates mat classes, viewing them as integral to maintaining holistic health and preventing injury. EXPLORATION of MIND-BODY CONNECTION Driven by a growing interest in the intersection of mind and body health, Robin delved into alternative modalities to complement traditional physical therapy. Frustrated with the limitations of conventional approaches, particularly for patients with Persistent Pain, she turned to Somatic Experiencing. Robin's exploration aims to heighten awareness of sensations and everyday experiences, recognizing the subtle expressions of posture and movement as gateways to inner truths. VENTURE into KETAMINE-ASSISTED PSYCHOTHERAPY (KAP) Recently completing KAP training with The Boston Psychedelic Training group, Robin eagerly anticipates collaboration within multidisciplinary KAP settings. Her integration of various therapeutic approaches reflects a holistic approach to healing and cultivating a deeper sense of joy in life. HOLISTIC HEALING and INTEGRATION Robin's professional ethos centers on weaving together her diverse methodologies—movement exploration, therapeutic touch, and embodiment practices—to foster healing and enhance the quality of life for her clients. Her journey epitomizes a commitment to holistic well-being and the symbiotic relationship between mind and body.

ABOUT STARR Holding space for people to discover and embody the radiance of who they are beyond whatever has happened to them has been a privilege in my role as a psychotherapist, personal growth consultant/coach, transformational workshop facilitator, and writer for over 45 years. As an integrative (mind-body-spirit) therapist blending somatic (Somatic Experiencing, and other approaches), mindfulness, shamanic/contemplative practices, energy work, visioning, EMDR, and family constellation work have offered approaches for safely meeting people where they uniquely are. Together we find their grace, inner wisdom, and strengths to grow. Thankfully, there are many paths up the mountain, and every journey matters. As I have trained in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy I find this approach shows much promise to transcend the stuck patterns and create a pathway to deeper healing, softening the jagged places and offering a new perspective that is freer. MY PASSIONS The power of body-based healing and NOSC (non-ordinary states of consciousness) is immense. Holistically transcending trauma and stuck narratives has for me been personally healing and for the many people I have worked alongside over the decades. Whether working one-on-one or in communities, when people can see their wholeness and radiance, it lends more light and hope to the world which I feel we all need. We all have this capacity to be this light for ourselves and each other. My other passions throughout life have revolved around my own spiritual practices, creative endeavors, time in nature, music, and deep connections with friends, my life partner, my dog, and my family. I also love to travel which I am looking to do more of in my semi-retirement. MY CURRENT WORK I have worked in the public sector in various capacities in years past ranging from running a state-wide training center for child sexual assault prevention, child abuse, domestic violence, and sexual assault interventions, organizational consulting, and disaster relief work. My private practice for healing is “Dreamweavers” which focuses on helping you weave and live your visions and best dreams. I have recently retired from my trauma-informed psychotherapy practice. My current work focuses on transformational coaching, writing, short-term psychedelic-assisted therapy, and teaching. My interest continues to be contributing to a kinder world by being present and finding the wisdom within distress and disappointments in ourselves and others. As we find healing and acceptance of “what is” within a larger frame of possibility and connection, freedom & joy become more available. Working with the body and NOSC I have found takes us beyond insight and into deeper knowing that facilitates change. The psychedelic medicines broaden and deepen this process and enrich the integration and life changes. Integrative coaching takes that broadened perspective, clarifying what nourishes and supports us in concretely and consistently moving in that direction. GROUP WORK I have witnessed the power of groups to heal and believe it taps into a communal part of ourselves. It is an honor to offer these sessions with such a dedicated and skilled team. To have this breadth of experience and perspectives to hold the space for these journeys adds dimensional healing potential. And for participants, working in a group of others who want to heal and bring their courage, vulnerability, and willingness to grow adds the support and strength of the community. This expands the impact and possibility for healing. I look forward to the discoveries and growth that are already in motion and will continue to unfold.

Her journey spans diverse realms, from assisting women in labor and supporting families during the postpartum period to embracing the challenges of emergency nursing within a trauma team. For the past 12 years, her dedication has been anchored in the realm of primary care. Guided by influential methodologies such as Internal Family Systems (Level 1, IFS Institute) and Mindfulness Self-Compassion (Kristen Neff, PhD, and Christopher Germer, PhD), she expanded her therapeutic horizon. KETAMINE EXPERTISE and INQUISITIVENESS about NOSC Equipped with training from Healing Realms, Fluence, and the Boston KAP Association, Connie exhibits a profound curiosity about non-ordinary states of consciousness (NOSC). Her inquiry delves into the myriad ways Ketamine and other modalities grant access to deeper realms of understanding. COMMUNITY DYNAMICS and EXPANDED AWARENESS Connie’s focus extends beyond individual experiences to the communal environment. She ponders how the community setting enriches awareness of body, heart, and mind, shaping a holistic therapeutic journey. KAP’S ROLE in SELF-DISCOVERY Contemplating Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Connie explores how it guides individuals toward a deeper understanding of their true selves within the complex tapestry of family, community, and the wider world. SAFETY PROTOCOLS and CONTINUOUS INFORMED CONSENT Acknowledging Ketamine's legal status and the need for cautious consideration, Connie underscores her role in individual assessments for safe administration. Thorough medical interviews, lasting about an hour, review medical history, medications, allergies, and family history.
